eifu.me presents the eIFU services of eLeaflet™, a service of myHealthbox™. For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to myHealthbox™ as the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Professional role
  • Product types you manufacture
  • Country
  • Your message (optional)
  • IP address and request timestamp (collected automatically)

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect your information to respond to your demo request and to contact you about eLeaflet™ eIFU services.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), given when you tick the consent checkbox on the demo request form.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. When no longer needed, your data will be securely deleted.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored on our secure servers and is accessible only to the eLeaflet™ / myHealthbox™ team.

We may use trusted technical providers (e.g. hosting services) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
  • Object — object to our processing of your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, please email info@myhealthbox.eu. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The only session data stored is a temporary security token (CSRF token) used to protect the demo request form — this is deleted when you close your browser.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Form submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in a secured database.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
